APS Non-juried Exhibition Notice of Liability Disclaimer
All reasonable care will be taken in handling, storing, and installation of the paintings submitted for APS non-juried exhibitions. Our utmost care will be taken in transporting your painting/paintings to the gallery. Insurance is not provided by APS to cover loss or damage. Artists are welcome to provide their own insurance if they so wish.
Some galleries or facilities carry coverage for catastrophic events. In no event will their insurance cover any damage to the artwork resulting from poor or faulty craftsmanship.
It is possible that photographs of the artist and/or their paintings may be used for publicity in various media, including the internet.
