Patricia Savage is an award-winning landscape, wildlife, and botanical artist, and current President of the North Carolina Pastel Society. She is a Signature member of the Pastel Society of America and the Society of Animal Artists, with top awards at the Pastel 100 Competition. Her botanical work has been published and exhibited nationally. She has appeared in several wildlife art magazines, shown at leading wildlife art museums across the country, and been artist-in-residence at Denali National Park and on the Harriman Expedition Retraced. Pastel Workshop with Patricia Savage

Patricia Savage, award-winning pastel artist, will demonstrate her working method at the Appalachian Pastel Society Member meeting. Working with small sketches, the workshop participants will focus on problems with mixing colors in a painting, and learn how to combine hues from a limited palette to create richness and harmony.

Workshop will run from 1 to 4pm after the meeting. Members pay 45.00, non-members 55.00
